Protecting
Israel’s north.
An elite rapid-response reserve unit protecting 80 northern communities and more than 200,000 residents.
WHO THEY ARE
Ready when every minute matters.
The Devora Unit serves along Israel’s northern border. Its reservists are responsible for an enormous civilian region—communities whose safety depends on trained people being able to respond immediately.
The unit carries the name of Devora Drekhler, who was killed defending Tel Hai in 1920. Her courage lives in a unit built around responsibility, preparedness and the defense of home.
WITH THE UNIT
Support that reaches the people serving.
Gabby’s Place listens to what the unit needs and helps build the relationships and support that make a practical difference.
