Every week, we cook real food for reservist families—the kind that says your service is seen, your home is remembered, and Shabbat is coming.

HOLIDAYS, DELIVERED
From our kitchen to their table.
On the holidays, a meal carries more than food. It carries home across checkpoints, borders, bases, and front doors.
FOR UNITS & BASES
Wherever they are serving
For Rosh Hashanah two years ago, we organized an entire holiday meal for a unit serving in Lebanon and delivered the food to a checkpoint so it could reach them. For a unit in Gaza, we sent everything they needed to break the fast—leaving the meal on a bench near the border in Sderot for the final handoff.
FOR OUR FAMILIES
Bringing the holiday home
Last Rosh Hashanah, 200 reservist families received holiday deliveries through our partnership with Laniado Hospital. Each family received a full meal, flowers, and a simanim plate for the holiday table.
WHY MEALS
More than dinner.
A home-cooked meal cannot shorten a deployment. It can make one Friday feel less impossible.
When a reservist is called up, the whole household absorbs the absence. We step into one practical corner of that load: shopping, chopping, cooking, packing, and bringing a generous meal to the door.
It is food, certainly. It is also a message from Am Yisrael: you are not carrying this alone.

WHAT GOES IN THE BOX
A whole Shabbat table.
Through partnerships with local farmers, we use excess Israeli produce and create a custom menu each week around what we receive. Every box includes homemade challah, fish, salads and dips, soup, chicken or meat, sides, and dessert.
01
Made as it is at home
Hand-rolled stuffed cabbage, pinwheel chicken breasts, and hummus made from dry chickpeas. A hug from Safta in a box.
02
A complete Shabbat meal
Fully homemade and freshly prepared each week using only Kosher Mehadrin ingredients—from challah and fish through the main course, sides, and something sweet.
03
A taste of the mitzvah
Recipes from Yemen and Syria, Ukraine and Spain, America and Morocco—made for the beautiful diversity of the Israeli table. We also hold meaningful challah bakes that bring our volunteers together in service.
04
One shared ingredient
There is one ingredient all of our recipes share: love.
FROM THE KITCHEN
This is what homemade looks like.
Every week is different. Every dish is made with the same care we would bring to our own Shabbat table.
